Produces Wonderful Fresh flour from:
oat groats, soft or hard wheat, rice, triticale, dent (field)corn, dried sweet corn, rye, spelt, kamut ,split peas, millet, buckwheat groats and flax Seed, barley, teff, amaranth, quinoa, sorghum, dry beans, lentils, chopped chestnuts, soybeans, sesame, Coffee and some herbs and spices . It cracks grains to any size from fine flour to cracked grain.
It is NOT suitable for the following:
Saw palmetto berries, Popcorn or tapioca.
Use for Breads, hot or cold cereals, granola, cookies and cakes.
This attachment fits the Bosch Universal and Nutrimill Artiste Mixers Manual and electric drive bases are available separately.
