Homemade Fudge Pops
With summer here, I thought it would be appropriate to make some kind of popsicle. Fudge pops it is! And these ones use powdered milk.
What better way to rotate some of your food storage than with a cold summer treat? These fudge pops couldn’t be easier to make. Or more delicious. My almost 4-year-old described them as “like a brownie” but cold. Not only are they fudgy in flavor, but in texture too.
I used Norpro’s Frozen Ice Pop Maker and it couldn’t be easier to use. You just pour your pudding into each cavity, put the lid on, and put a popsicle stick in each slot. Freeze for at least 3 hours, but overnight is better. When you’re ready to unmold, run some very hot water over the outside of each mold cavity and then with a little pull they’ll come right out.
