Growing up, I only knew one kind of fudge. That’s this fudge. It wasn’t until my teenage years that I realized that there are cooked fudge recipes out there. And even then, I didn’t realize that traditionally, fudge is not only cooked, but also cooked to the right temperature using a candy thermometer. But despite that and all the different fudges I’ve made and eaten over the years, I still go back to this goody.
It’s always soft and never crumbles. You don’t have to worry about getting it to the right temperature or cooking it for the right amount of time. You just mix all the ingredients together, shape it, and refrigerate it.
So, if you’re looking for a quick and easy fudge to delight your family and friends with this holiday season, give this one a try.
